This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a critical ITSM platform and drive a modernisation programme from the ground up. You’ll work closely with global ITSM and service management teams, shaping how services are delivered across the organisation while implementing automation, integration, and best-in-class ITIL processes.
Job Type: Initial 6 month Contract
Rate: Up to £600/day (Outside IR35)
Working Arrangement: 4 days on-site per week

The Role:
- Lead the modernisation of the Ivanti ITSM platform, identifying weaknesses and delivering improvement plans
- Design and implement a modern self-service portal
- Configure and optimise core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
- Automate workflows and integrate systems such as JIRA to enhance service delivery
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decisions
- Manage system performance, upgrades, patching, and release processes
- Provide technical support and training to users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure ITIL-aligned service management practices
- Drive continuous improvement across service management processes
Required Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience working with Ivanti ITSM in an enterprise environment
- Strong expertise in Ivanti ITSM configuration, customisation, and administration
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices (certification preferred)
- Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, web services, data imports/exports)
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools within ITSM environments
- Knowledge of scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell or Python
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
