About the Client and Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automation Engineer to join a prestigious financial organisation and shape the company's future technology direction. You will join a small infrastructure team to improve, automate, and standardise their systems.
Essential Requirements:
- High capacity and willingness to learn
- Demonstrable experience working in a hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure role
- Demonstrable experience with one of the major public cloud providers
- Strong automation skills with Python and/or PowerShell
- Experience with administering Office 365/EntraID/Intune
- Familiar with IaC tools - Terraform and Ansible preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop/server and Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Group policy is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
