This is a rare and highly exciting opportunity to step directly into the high-profile position of Associate Director within an industry renowned, globally operating IT Solutions consultancy. In this prolific role, you will act as the right-hand to the Director of AI Solutions, and will be recognised as a thought-leader and vital technical figure in this cutting-edge and rapidly expanding department within the organisation.
Far from your typical ‘Management’ or ‘Head Of’ role, the Associate Director will be one of the most senior technical figures in the organisation, wearing multiple hats to contribute to AI Strategy, AI Operations, Architecture and Development of out-of-the-box AI solutions within the organisation. This will be heavily hands-on, and the candidate will be encouraged to get stuck in with the development teams, bringing their designs & ideas to create prototype AI solutions, then developing them into innovative, industry ready solutions.
Our client has offices across the globe; including Boston, New York, UAE and EU nations and the candidate will be given the opportunity to travel to these locations to meet with the wider AI team, customers, and with various global leaders in AI technology.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the deputy to the AI Solutions Director, ensuring alignment of AI strategy with organisational goals.
- Provide thought leadership support of the AI Solutions Director in delivering the vision of the department.
- Lead design and implementation of AI-driven IT operations solutions, including AI-Ops platforms and automation frameworks and Conversational AI.
- Oversee integration of Agentic AI models for autonomous decision-making and orchestration across IT environments.
- Support the adoption of ITIL best practices within AI-enabled ITSM and ITOM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver end-to-end orchestration solutions.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles. Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership. Strong background in solutions architecture frameworks and methodologies. Experience with project management and solution delivery. Background screening and security clearance as required by organisation.
