About the Role and Client:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced IT & Operations Manager who possesses excellent technical proficiency and strong problem-solving aptitude to join our team. The IT & Operations Manager will be responsible for providing core internet and IT Infrastructure to our clients as well as offering support and technical assistance to our employees who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems.
Key Experience Required:
- Proficiency administering Microsoft Office 365 applications and services. Certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with network issues and analysis, particularly with: Cisco Meraki, Zyxel, TP-Link products. Certification or familiarisation with these products is highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Familiarity with both PC and Apple Mac hardware and software.
- Strong System Management: Ability to manage and maintain various IT and communication systems effectively. E.g. Door Controls / Telephony / Print / Others.
- Budget management.
- Ability to train other staff.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
