Health & Safety Manager Portsmouth | 5 Days Per Week On-Site Our key client, a recognised force within the technical consulting sector, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and drive health, safety and compliance activities across multiple office locations, with a strong focus on their Portsmouth sites. This is a hands-on role for an established Health & Safety professional who enjoys balancing operational safety, compliance, audits and employee engagement within a fast-paced business environment. Lead day-to-day Health & Safety activities across office and home-working environments Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations Support regulatory compliance, including ISO 45001 and contractor management Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain H&S policies and procedures Deliver safety training, inductions and awareness programmes Partner with facilities, HR and leadership teams to promote a positive safety culture About you: Proven experience in a Health & Safety Manager or Senior H&S Officer position Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice NEBOSH qualification or equivalent preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation where health, safety and employee wellbeing are central to business success.
