Job Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integration & Enterprise Automation Consultant to join an innovative organization specializing in content management and enterprise automation technologies. The role involves supporting the delivery team in building recipes and integrations for client needs using both code and no-code solutions.

• Assist with understanding requirements, scoping, and designing solutions
• Implement end-to-end solutions
• Provide technical demonstrations and training
• Write reports and documentation
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues
• Engage in pre-sales activities as needed

Experience required:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in design and implementation or support of automation products like Workato
• Strong technical, written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of business process automation, workflow technologies, low-code BPMS, RPA, and iPaaS
• Proficiency with APIs, authentication methods, and RESTful services
• Customer-focused approach with excellent service skills
