Job Summary: Our financial services client is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to deliver hands‑on security improvement projects, including passing Cyber Essentials Plus certification with flying colours. They need deep technical expertise in Netskope, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Mimecast. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in regulated industries and a track record of delivering practical security solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

  • Support the organisation's Cyber Essentials Plus recertification process and related compliance work
  • Implement and optimise Netskope Layer 7 security policies, identifying and resolving configuration gaps
  • Enhance Microsoft Purview configurations, including DLP controls and data classification frameworks
  • Assist in the implementation of CyberArk as their IAM/PAM security platform
  • CrowdStrike set up and configuration

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have demonstrable experience supporting the end‑to‑end Cyber Essentials Plus certification
  • Strong technical expertise with Mimecast, Netskope, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, and Microsoft Purview platforms
  • In‑depth understanding of security architectures within Microsoft 365/Azure ecosystems and E5 environments
  • Professional experience within regulated sectors, particularly financial services industries
  • Proactive delivery, with the capability to manage deliverables autonomously
  • Strong communication skills for business‑focused (non‑technical) audiences
