Up to £70,000 Central London Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week. Our client, a leading technology services provider, is looking for an experienced Conversational AI Trainer to join their team and help upskill professionals across industries. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of the rapidly growing conversational AI field. You'll design and deliver high-impact training programs that empower teams to build, deploy, and optimise cutting-edge chatbots, voice assistants, and dialog systems. Working in a dynamic, client-focused environment, you'll stay ahead of advancements in large language models and NLP while shaping the next generation of AI practitioners.

The Role: As a Conversational AI Trainer, you will:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials on conversational AI, including foundational NLP, chatbot design, dialog management, language models, and voice assistants.
  • Create engaging presentations, hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and assessments tailored to different proficiency levels.
  • Lead interactive in-person and virtual training sessions, facilitating hands-on workshops where participants build and deploy conversational agents using platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, and Microsoft Bot Framework.
  • Customise content to meet specific client and industry needs (e.g., E-commerce, healthcare, customer service), incorporating best practices, compliance, and the latest techniques.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in conversational AI, large language models, multi-turn dialogs, and sentiment analysis, continuously updating materials.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, and ongoing refinement of content and delivery methods.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience in conversational AI development and NLP.
  • Proven track record of delivering technical training on conversational AI or related topics to diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework).
  • Proficiency with NLP tools and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Practical experience with Python, RESTful APIs, and data preparation for dialog models.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts and keep learners engaged.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different industries, experience levels, and learning environments.
