    • Identify and prioritise opportunities for AI adoption across ICT operations.
    • Define architectural patterns for AI integration (e.g., how AI services integrate with core systems, data flows, MLOps, model serving, monitoring).

    Essential Requirements

    • Enterprise Architecture: 5+ years designing, implementing, or evolving enterprise architecture at a group or multi-company level. Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ZA, or equivalent) is essential.
    • IT Governance and Standards: 5+ years in a governance, architecture, or standards-setting role; experience defining and enforcing IT policies, technology standards, and design governance.
    • Large-scale, Complex Organisations: Proven success in matrix or federated organisations with multiple business units, geographies, or verticals; experience navigating stakeholder alignment and organisational change.
    • Technology Leadership: Track record of influencing and guiding senior technical and business leaders; ability to translate between business and technical language.
    • Technical Depth: Strong hands-on understanding of modern IT architecture domains (cloud, microservices, APIs, data platforms, security, infrastructure). Note, not required to be expert in all, but broad understanding essential.
