This role is ideal for an experienced Change Management professional to join a team in delivering transformational change within a global law firm based in central London.
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing a change management plan together, drafting content, delivering communication/engagement activities, planing training & development, leading the adoption change and embedding change post go-live phase.

Required Experience:
- Extensive experience within Change Management
- Experience in Planning change management – knowledge of how to bring a plan together
- Extensive Change Communication experience – drafting content and delivering communication/engagement activities
- Experience planning Training & Development for change projects
- Experience working with Change Networks
- Experience within Change Adoption
- Experience Embedding Change post go-live phase of the project
- Experience of Oracle alongside SAP, Salesforce, or a similar large ERP platform
- Experience working within Legal Services
