I’m working with a well-established organisation looking to hire a Business Applications Manager to lead a small team responsible for a portfolio of enterprise platforms, integrations and application development activities. This is not a traditional applications governance role. The successful candidate will combine people leadership, application ownership and stakeholder management with oversight of a development-focused team delivering enhancements, integrations and business-critical solutions.
You’ll inherit responsibility for a landscape that includes CRM, HR and Finance platforms, alongside an integration estate built on Microsoft technologies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team responsible for business applications and integrations
- Managing the ongoing roadmap for CRM, HR and Finance systems
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise delivery
- Overseeing application development, enhancements and releases
- Driving system improvements, process optimisation and technology adoption
- Managing third-party vendors and support partners
- Ensuring stability, performance and security across the application estate
- Supporting solution design and helping shape future technology direction
We’re interested in people who have experience with:
- CRM, ERP or HCM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Integration technologies and interconnected application landscapes
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Delivering business-focused technology improvements
