Key Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise backup environments, ensuring 24/7 operational stability
• Drive backup initiatives and strategic projects from conception to completion
• Perform capacity planning and system health monitoring
• Collaborate with global technical teams and stakeholders

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Technical

• Deep expertise in Veeam Backup & Replication
• Strong knowledge of backup & recovery architectures
• Experience troubleshooting complex stability and performance issues
• Solid foundation in major operating systems

Personal

• University-level education or equivalent professional qualifications
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel occasionally (UK, Europe, globally as required)

Desirable

• NetBackup knowledge
• Scripting experience
• Relevant certifications
