Join a leading IT consultancy as an Asset and Configuration Management Lead to drive the design and implementation of robust IT asset and configuration management processes within their ITSM framework, delivering value in a dynamic MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement Asset & Configuration Management processes and policies.
- Design and deliver a CMDB model for service mapping and life cycle tracking.
- Configure CMDB and asset modules in collaboration with ITSM tooling teams.
- Establish life cycle processes for hardware and software asset management.
- Ensure software license compliance and accurate CMDB data through audits.
- Create reports and dashboards on asset utilization and configuration data.
- Train teams on asset and configuration management best practices.
Experience/Skills Required:
- ITIL v4 certification with strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Asset & Configuration Management initiatives.
- Expertise in CMDB, Software Asset Management (SAM), and ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
