Application Support Analyst – Law Firm – £50K + Benefits

  • Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits
  • Hybrid: 50% in the office – 5 days every two weeks
  • Office Location: Central London
  • Client Sector: Legal Services

Are you the go-to problem solver who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly? One of our key legal clients is seeing an Application Support Analyst to help support and enhance the business-critical applications that keep their Compliance Department operating at an optimum level.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide 2nd line support for Compliance applications (Intapp Intake & Conflicts, plus other SaaS tools)
  • Tackle incidents & requests through ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and fine-tune configurations
  • Work closely with IT, Compliance, and business teams on upgrades and deployments
  • Partner with vendors to keep systems optimized and effective
  • Document processes, fixes, and improvements to strengthen team knowledge

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting business-critical applications (ideally in compliance, legal, or risk)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Excellent Excel skills, ideally utilising Power BI too
  • SaaS + on-premise system support know-how
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Vendor management and escalation experience
