IT Service Desk Analyst - 1st/2nd line Support Up to £45k plus benefits - London 4 days per week onsite

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join immediately! You will be responsible for delivering in-depth support on a service desk. You will collaborate with various teams to provide support to resolve numerous hardware and software incident requests.

Candidates with the following skillset will be considered:

• SCCM – Application packaging

• Azure Active Directory

• Intune

• Azure Cloud

• ServiceNow

• Windows 10
