Computacenter are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to drive our business growth by developing and managing key strategic relationships with partners. This role will join our internal OCIO (Office of the CIO) function to support, manage and maintain several key partnerships.
As a Senior Partner Manager at Computacenter, you will be responsible to lead and expand our network of tech partners with major focus on SAAS based opportunities, fostering innovation and business growth by executing on business plans, market dynamics, incentives and improving our partner relationships at all levels.
What you’ll do:
- You will work closely with our CTO, Group technology Sourcing, Sales, and product teams to identify, contract, onboard, and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment with GIS (Group Information Services) business objectives.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with partners across their organisation, understanding their technology, commercial and product propositions.
- Detailed & current understanding of the partner organisation, their solutions, key people, pipeline, their targets, and organisation charts.
- Proactively assess and exploit changing markets, technology, and product releases to ensure the right propositions are communicated to the CTO & Product Managers to drive growth.
- Facilitating partner Quarterly and Monthly Business reviews (QBR’s) and ensuring outcomes are followed up.
- Form close partnerships while striking a balance between company goals, speed, and economic potential.
- Work closely with Sourcing and Procurement to ensure thorough handover of newly onboarded partners.
- Acts as a Single Point of Contact for partners and Computacenter’s management for escalations and other affairs relating to assigned partners.
- Monitor and report on partner performance against agreed-upon metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Full understanding at a detail level of all partner compensation programs (rebate, marketing, promotional, training etc.) and executes business plan to underpin these initiatives.
- Closely work with applicable stakeholders to negotiate favourable terms to ensure competitive advantage.
- Manage and maintain partner account plans and RAID logs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner relationships, including compliance and security risks.
- Willingness to travel as required to partner/customer office.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in Partner / Vendor Management.
- Working with large organisations and SAAS providers such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, SalesForce would be preferred.
- Track record of negotiating complex commercial deals and managing cross-functional projects.
- Superior problem-solving analytical skills, adaptable and metric driven with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven customer facing partner experience.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to build, manage and develop pipeline.
