In this strategic, high‑impact role, you will act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping and delivering a people strategy that directly supports commercial performance. You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership, providing expert HR guidance while driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, engagement, and growth.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the single point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing expert advice on complex HR matters, organisational design, and ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with Sales leadership, influencing decisions and shaping the people agenda aligned to business objectives.
- Use HR data and insights to assess business performance and drive informed decision‑making.
- Lead and support strategic change and transformation initiatives.
- Coach and develop senior leaders, enhancing leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver joined‑up, high‑quality HR solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, simplify processes, and optimise ways of working.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality HR delivery.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Essential: Experience supporting a Sales or commercial division, with a strong understanding of sales‑driven organisations and challenges.
- Demonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Ability to translate business strategy into effective people plans.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insights to influence outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within matrix or international organisations is advantageous.
