As our Presales Project Manager within Group Professional Services (GPS), you’ll be at the heart of designing and positioning high-value, innovative solutions for customers—working with leading-edge technology and collaborating closely with a highly skilled and supportive team. From scoping and planning through to costing, documentation, and early-stage project definition, you’ll ensure customers have absolute clarity and confidence in the solutions we recommend in the project delivery space. What you’ll do
- Engaging confidently with customers to understand requirements and shape commercially and technically sound solutions in the project delivery space.
- Leading the creation of high quality, customer facing proposals that align with customer requirements, needs and business objectives.
- Managing presales activity end-to-end, including scoping, planning, costing, and early project definition.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth transition into project delivery.
- Presenting solutions clearly and persuasively through exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Producing contractual documentation which delivers the required customer outcomes and meets our commercial strategy, while providing the mechanisms for the management of in-life change and risk.
- Delivery of a successful handover into project delivery teams.
What you’ll need
- Extensive experience in a Professional Services project presales environment, with a strong background producing customer ready proposals.
- Commercial acumen, demonstrated through managing scoping, costing, and early stage project changes.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and defining effective solutions.
- Strong experience in project initiation, planning, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
