As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (sourcing), you will support end-to-end recruitment by focusing on candidate attraction, sourcing, and qualification across a variety of roles and skillsets within the business. This is a growth role, ideal for someone who wants to build strong foundations in talent acquisition within a high-performing team.
You will play a key role in generating candidate pipelines, delivering a great candidate experience, and keeping recruitment activity moving smoothly through strong organisation and day-to-day TA administration.
What you'll do:
- Proactively source and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a professional and engaging first point of contact.
- Qualify candidates through CV review, screening calls, and structured assessment questions aligned to role requirements.
- Support the delivery of hiring activity by coordinating candidate journeys, interview logistics, and recruitment administration.
- Draft, post, and optimise job adverts across multiple platforms including LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy information in SuccessFactors (ATS), including data hygiene and system updates.
- Support continuous improvement through process tidy-ups, documentation, template optimisation, and tool utilisation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure pipelines are active, processes are efficient, and service levels are met.
- Contribute to attraction initiatives with Employer Branding and Marketing by sharing market insights and content ideas.
- Represent Computacenter positively in the market, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
What you'll need:
- Experience in a talent acquisition, resourcing, recruitment coordination, or agency sourcing role.
- Strong interest in candidate attraction and direct sourcing, with curiosity to learn advanced search techniques (Boolean).
- Familiarity with technology recruitment or an interest in developing knowledge of the IT landscape.
- Confident communicating with candidates by phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a professional and personable style.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or an ATS (SuccessFactors ideal, but not essential).
- Candidate-experience focused, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with process, data accuracy, and administration as part of delivering a high-quality TA service.
