We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our UK Sales division at Computacenter. In this strategic, high-impact role, you will act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping and delivering a people strategy that directly supports commercial performance. You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership, providing expert HR guidance while driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, engagement, and growth.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the single point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing expert advice on complex HR matters, organisational design, and ways of working
  • Build strong relationships with Sales leadership, influencing decisions and shaping the people agenda aligned to business objectives
  • Use HR data and insights to assess business performance and drive informed decision-making
  • Lead and support strategic change and transformation initiatives
  • Coach and develop senior leaders, enhancing leadership capability and organisational effectiveness
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up, high-quality HR solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, simplify processes, and optimise ways of working
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Essential: Experience supporting a Sales or commercial division, with a strong understanding of sales-driven organisations and challenges
  • Demonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organisational development
  • Ability to translate business strategy into effective people plans
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insights to influence outcomes
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within matrix or international organisations is advantageous
  • A collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-focused approach
