Are you looking for the next step in your commercial management career? We are currently recruiting a Senior International Commercial Manager to work collaboratively with the Int. Service Management team as part of the extended account team on one or more international accounts.

You will support Service Management teams to provide accurate global P&L forecasting, providing visibility and accurate reporting of the global P&L against the baseline through the maintenance of international commercial handbooks. You will manage the commercial change process, customer billing process and commercial triggers to support the account team to maintain and drive profitability. You will act as the single point of contact for service management on non-lead country commercial queries.

What you'll do:

  • Provide visibility of the global P&L that is currently not fully possible as a systemised process including profitability by service line and country.
  • Work with the customer to obtain timely PO and invoice approvals to mitigate risks of finance charges and bad debt in P&L.
  • Manage change process in line with CC contractual clauses and billing model policies to mitigate risks to profitability and compliance.
  • Provide management of the profitability risks to the lead P&L including international trapped Tax, WHT & currency variations.
  • Drive the month end close governance process to attain P&L accuracy across the group.

What you'll need:

  • Demonstrable commercial awareness skills and high level of experience with P&L analysis with the ability to identify and manage risks in a P&L.
  • Ability to communicate well with customers, partners and internal departments at all levels of management.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of CC policies for International Billing Models.
  • Knowledge of CC policies for International Tax Compliance.
  • Knowledge of CC policies for currency.
  • Exceptional organisational skills in a complex working environment.
  • Decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a wider virtual team.
