As a Senior Change Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end Adoption & Change Management engagements, shape change strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working. You will take ownership of delivering Adoption & Change Management (ACM) engagements—from shaping solutions in pre-sales through to driving successful adoption during delivery. This role sits within our ACM Centre of Excellence and plays a key part in evolving our methodology, tools, and internal capability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of customer change programmes using Computacenter’s ACM methodology.
- Shape ACM solutions during pre-sales, supporting bids, proposals, and client workshops.
- Define change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning.
- Build and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans that drive user adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving alignment and managing resistance.
- Oversee the execution of change activities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Manage risks, track progress, and ensure the quality of all change deliverables.
- Coach and mentor colleagues, support internal training, and contribute to ACM best practice.
What You’ll need
- Extensive experience leading business or IT change initiatives within complex organisations.
- Proven success driving adoption and measurable benefits.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, confident working with senior leaders.
- Experience integrating change management into Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for coaching and capability building.
- Professional accreditation in Change Management is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass Security Clearance or have this in place already.
