- Own the delivery approach—from defining programme structures to implementing governance and assurance frameworks.
- Drive success across the lifecycle, from pre‑sales and proposal development through to delivery and benefits realisation.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, influencing attitudes and ensuring alignment with customer governance and business needs.
- Forecast and optimise resources, balancing multiple assignments for maximum efficiency.
- Grow the practice, building capability and fostering a high‑performing team culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise and recommending best‑fit methodologies.

- A proven track record of delivering complex, high‑risk programmes and multiple successful assignments.
