Als Junior IT Transition Manager w/m/d begleitest Du Kundenunternehmen auf dem Weg in die Digitalisierung. Darüber hinaus lernst Du alles über komplexe IT-Outsourcing-Projekte, entwickelst dich zum Projektmanager w/m/d und machst Dich in Deiner Rolle für das Projektteam nach und nach unentbehrlich.
Konkret erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:
- Du hast den Gesamtüberblick über das Projekt und erstellst regelmäßig das Projektcontrolling sowie interne und externe Reports.
- Du arbeitest bei der Ressourcenkoordination sowie dem Changemanagement mit und verantwortest die Dokumentation des Projektverlaufs.
- Außerdem bist Du als Teil des Teams direkt beim Kunden vor Ort eingesetzt und somit am Puls des Projekts.
Dein Profil:
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen in Outsourcing- oder IT-Projekten sowie in der Verwendung gebräuchlicher Projektmanagementtools sammeln.
- Du hast gute kaufmännische und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse (Angebotserstellung, Projektkalkulation und Projekt-Controlling) und zählst gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, zu Deinem Handwerkszeug.
- Du bist im Rahmen deiner Projekte bundesweit reisebereit und hast Lust darauf, Dich zum/zur erfahrenen Project Manager:in w/m/d - IT Transition weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-(mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse, Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen und idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
