We’re looking for a confident and commercially aware Senior HR Consultant with experience in TUPE and Managed Services to join our People team. If you’ve worked with demanding stakeholders, supported large-scale service transitions, and enjoy the pace of transformation—this could be the perfect next step.
What you’ll do
- Leading end-to-end TUPE transfers (both inbound and outbound), ensuring a smooth experience for employees and clients alike.
- Providing expert HR guidance and partnership on Managed Services contracts, supporting mobilisation, transition, and transformation.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders—translating complex HR issues into practical solutions.
- Working in a small team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR outcomes across multiple projects.
- Advising on organisational change activities including restructures, redundancy processes, and cultural alignment.
- Ensuring full compliance with employment legislation and internal frameworks.
- Working cross-functionally with Legal, Commercial, and Service Delivery teams to align people strategies with business goals.
What you’ll need
- Proven HR experience with a focus on TUPE and outsourced/managed services environments.
- A track record of supporting or leading team delivery in fast-paced, complex settings.
- Strong stakeholder management skills—comfortable influencing at all levels.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting change, transformation, or employee transitions at scale.
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
- Work on high-impact HR programmes with some of the UK’s most recognised brands.
