Join to apply for the Shift Technician role at Computacenter. We are seeking an experienced Shift Technician to join our dedicated Building Services team at Computacenter within our Hatfield office. The successful applicant will be required to be onsite in our head office (Hatfield) 5 days a week, working shift patterns. Shift patterns are: 06:00am-14:00pm AND 14:00pm-22:00pm.
What you'll do:
- The Shift Technician will be responsible to the Shift Team Leader for the effective recovery, rectification of any faults and planned maintenance on the MHE equipment.
What you'll need:
- Qualified and time served multi-skilled technician with strong electrical background.
- Experienced in fault finding and rectification, in a demanding production environment.
- Previous experience of working with PLC’s an advantage.
- Experience in maintaining automated materials handling equipment or similar.
- Self-motivated and flexible with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work at heights.
- Astute practical awareness of Health and Safety principles.
