The Senior Analyst Programmer role focuses on the analysis, support, maintenance, and development of company-wide web applications while adhering to structured best practices.
This position encompasses responsibilities beyond development, making it pivotal for system analysis, client interaction, and technical innovation.
- What you’ll do
- Actively participates in client and user meetings, offering clear communication of issues and solutions.
- Analyses and models user requirements, specifying information flows, processes, data objects, and user-system dialogues.
- Creates technical solutions from logical specifications, considering technical constraints.
- Constructs, modifies, tests, and corrects complex program modules based on specifications.
- Develops and executes comprehensive test plans.
- Defines software modules for integration, ensuring compliance with test criteria, and prepares software builds for implementation.
- Assists in defining, planning, and justifying new projects or changes to business processes.
- Performs all stages of business systems development, including software development and package implementation.
- Ensures rigorous documentation and adherence to agreed technical and quality standards.
- Manages support and maintenance requirements as needed.
- Takes a lead role in our Blue Prism platform administration and ownership.

- What you’ll need
- Blue Prism solution development, enhancement, and support.
- Design, creation, and maintenance of Blue Prism Processes and Business Objects.
- Experience with Blue Prism Control Room operations, monitoring, scheduling, and queue management.
- Strong knowledge and practical exposure (4+ years) to C#, MVC (v5 or newer) . NET Core (. NET 6 or newer) and Blazor frontend.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as JQuery, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with SQL Server (database design, stored procedures, LINQ, and Entity Framework).
- Ability to develop Windows Services and web services using WCF and Web API.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio (2022 or newer) and TFS (Dev OPS 2022).
- Experience in Change and Incident Management environments with strict SLAs.
- Ability to coordinate application releases and ensure seamless implementation processes.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Dev Ops practices, tools, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Desirable Skills
- . NET Core Razor pages.
- Advanced database management with SQL Server versions 2014/2016/2022.
- Experience with Telerik Kendo Tools, JQuery, Java Script, and Ajax.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework 6.0, LINQ, Lambda Expressions, and Razor syntax.
- Familiarity with Power Shell and SSIS packages.

Due to the sensitive nature of client data it would be highly advantageous to have SC clearance.
This role may require out-of-hours support and availability for on-call duties.
