Life on the team

You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative International Reward team where no two weeks look the same. Working closely with the Group Reward Manager and Reward colleagues, you’ll combine hands‑on delivery with stakeholder partnering — balancing annual “big moments” (like our benefits window) with year‑round engagement and continuous improvement. It’s a role with real variety: from shaping communications and running webinars, to solving benefit and pension queries, to keeping global recognition running smoothly. If you enjoy being the person who brings structure, clarity and momentum, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll do

  • Co‑deliver the annual flex benefits window for c. 4,000 employees, including scheme/benefit design support, system review and testing, preparing employee literature, planning benefit fairs, hosting webinars and issuing communications.
  • Drive year‑round benefits engagement through promotional events and campaigns (e.g., wellbeing initiatives such as flu vouchers).
  • Act as an escalation point for benefits and pension queries, liaising with external suppliers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage monthly operational calls with the pension provider and payroll team, addressing contribution queries and ensuring accurate administration.
  • Run the Pension Tapered Annual Allowance selection window for high earners — launching communications, coordinating with the platform provider and payroll, and ensuring requests are actioned correctly.
  • Create and maintain content for the Quarterly Pension Newsletter and keep intranet pages up to date for all benefit‑related topics.
  • Support business change activity by mapping benefits for TUPE in/out processes and responding to wider presentation requests (Management Induction, Early Careers, TUPE ins).
  • Help drive actions from the bi‑annual Pension Governance Committee, supporting oversight and continuous improvement of the UK pension scheme.

Recognition (Global)

  • Serve as part of the international support team, acting as an escalation point for global recognition queries and working with the platform provider to resolve issues.
  • Take part in weekly service calls with the platform provider to stay aligned on operational topics and service performance.
  • Collaborate with Reward colleagues to implement and communicate programme updates and improvements.
  • Produce the quarterly allocation file for manager recognition budgets (using Excel) in line with programme rules.

General

  • Compile, manipulate and format detailed employee data from multiple sources into required Excel templates.
  • Participate in a rota to manage the shared mailbox and respond to helpdesk queries across Reward topics, ensuring a timely and high‑quality service.
  • Contribute to building Reward capability across HR and the business through advice, guidance and knowledge sharing.

What you’ll need

Knowledge & experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a Reward specialism at a similar level or a strong grounding from an HR generalist role working closely with Reward processes.
  • Experience leading annual employee benefit renewal cycles through a benefits platform, including robust testing and managing third‑party suppliers to deliver strong service.
  • Experience of Benifex OneHub is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of UK DC pension schemes, including Government rules around Tapered Annual Pension Allowances.

Skills & behaviours

  • Strong numerical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability (confident manipulating and interpreting data).
  • Strong planning and organisation skills to deliver projects to agreed timescales — especially during high‑volume periods.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage people at all levels and present via webinars, face‑to‑face sessions and training.
  • Adaptable and positive, able to juggle changing priorities while meeting key HR and business deadlines.
  • A collaborative, inquisitive mindset — someone who enjoys improving how things are done.
  • International team experience and knowledge of European benefits are a plus.
