Life on the team

The Group Manager – Services Partnering will lead a team of International Partner Managers within Group Managed Services who develop and manage Computacenter\’s global services partner network. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in team leadership, partner management and business development within the IT services sector.

What you\’ll do

  • Manage a team of partner managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Influence and contribute to the global services partner strategy aligned with Computacenter\’s overall Managed Services growth objectives.
  • Build and manage a diverse portfolio of partners capable of delivering high-quality outsourced and out-tasked service outcomes.
  • Identify, recruit, and on-board strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Computacenter\’s service standards and customer needs.
  • Drive partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver Computacenter\’s services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver cost savings/avoidance to enhance Computacenter’s competitiveness and support growth.
