You’ll contribute to the functional strategy while establishing sector‑specific objectives and goals. You’ll create leadership and followership by leading and managing teams of people, both directly and through matrix management, and will develop and motivate teams to ensure the delivery of both functional and business targets. Work alongside and support our Sales colleagues in this matrix leadership role to achieve contracted outcomes for both the customer and Computacenter.
  • Business Leadership: In Account – Work with the Delivery Lead to support, socialise, and lead an account strategy and execution plan. Own the aspects related to Run, while supporting those related to Relationship Management and account growth, to support our Group Services colleagues.
  • Contract Management: Support our Group Services colleagues in the negotiation and agreement of new contracts within the customer account.
