We are now looking for two Enablement Leads to join Paul Brays European Technology Office. The Enablement Lead will be responsible for ensuring that European cross-technology topics are translated into coherent narratives that equip customer-facing teams to engage customers and prospects with confidence and credibility. You will work with technologists to define the strategy and plan through which the European Technology Office communicates a joined-up view for customers, and collaborate with creative and enablement colleagues to deliver timely insight, information and supporting materials to the salesforce and other stakeholders. These senior, strategic roles sit within the newly established European Technology Office. You will play a key role in ensuring that our messaging is compelling, differentiated and aligned across all technology areas and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence how Computacenter presents its technology story both internally and externally, while bringing greater consistency, clarity and impact to our communications.
What you'll do:
- Translate deliverables from Technology Leads and Technology Areas into clear, practical sales materials in collaboration with Sales Enablement and Creative Services teams.
- Define and build a comprehensive enablement strategy and lead its delivery through supporting teams.
- Ensure customer messaging is consistent and coherent across Technology Areas and Service Lines, aligned to the wider technology vision, company strategy and branding standards.
- Identify creative and effective ways to communicate messaging across one or multiple technology areas.
- Support the creation of sales campaign materials, including Hot Topics and Thought Leadership Assets.
- Drive internal and customer communication related to technology area messaging and sales campaign activity in partnership with Portfolio Marketing and Sales Enablement.
- Work with Country Unit, Portfolio Marketing and Enablement teams to promote consistency, reuse and acceleration of GTM activities at a European level.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of materials by gathering feedback from sales teams and refining content to increase clarity, relevance and impact.

- Experience leading and working within virtual teams and matrix reporting structures.
- Strong understanding of key technology concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confidence engaging at client level.
