What You'll Do

As a CyberArk Consultant, you will play a key role in advising and implementing CyberArk solutions for clients, helping them optimize their security posture through the use of best-in-class privileged access management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consultation & Implementation: Advise and implement CyberArk solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with client environments.
  • Security Patch Management: Apply necessary security patches to CyberArk systems to ensure continued compliance and protection.
  • Client Roadmap Input: Provide valuable insights to the Product Owner/Engineering Manager for defining and evolving the product roadmap based on client needs.
  • Feature Deployment: Implement and customize new features of CyberArk products, including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, CP, CCP, EPM, and Alero.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement automation for routine tasks, streamlining client processes and improving efficiency.
  • Account Onboarding: Support the onboarding of various account types into CyberArk, such as Windows, Unix, Active Directory, Database, and Cloud accounts.
  • Proactive Solutions: Offer strategic, proactive solutions and ideas for optimizing client security practices and improving system performance.
  • Custom Development: Create custom connectors for CPM and PSM, tailored to specific business requirements and client environments.

What You'll Need

To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

  • CyberArk Expertise: Strong experience with CyberArk PAM solutions, including but not limited to Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, CP, CCP, Alero, and EPM.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience working with Windows, Active Directory, Unix, databases, and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Security & IAM Knowledge: In-depth understanding of security best practices and Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles.
  • Account Onboarding: Proven experience in onboarding Windows, Unix, Active Directory, database, and cloud accounts into CyberArk.
  • Solution Deployment & Management: Demonstrated experience in managing, implementing, and upgrading CyberArk solutions.
  • Client-Facing Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively engage with clients.
