Deine Aufgaben:

  • Als CX Adoption Consultant w/m/d für unser Cisco-Lösungsportfolio verantwortest Du die Konzeption, das Design, das Testen und die Übergabe neuer CX-Services in die Erbringungseinheiten.
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle technischen CX-Services.
  • Du erarbeitest, testest und etablierst neue technische CX-Services bei unseren Kunden basierend auf Use Cases, Exit Criteria und Business Outcomes.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass die etablierten CX-Services kontinuierlich aktualisiert, angepasst und mit einer hohen Qualität erbracht werden und arbeitest hier eng mit dem CX Adoption Specialist zusammen.
  • Du achtest darauf, dass die CX-Services für Sales und Consultancy auf einem aktuellen Dokumentationsstand sind.
  • Du stimmst Dein Design mit den wichtigsten Schnittstellen aus CX-Team, Solution Management und Sales Leadership ab.
  • Du entwickelst aus unseren CX-Services Standards und machst dadurch eine Erbringung durch Nearshoring möglich.
  • Du unterstützt den Customer Success Manager in komplexen Kundensituationen bei der Festlegung und dem Tracking von relevanten KPIs für die Messung des Kundenerfolgs und leitest aus den Erkenntnissen neue Inhalte für CX-Services und Adoption Advisories ab.
  • Dein Fachwissen baust Du kontinuierlich weiter aus und nutzt dabei sowohl interne Expert:innen als auch die verschiedensten Ansprechpersonen bei Cisco.
  • Du präsentierst das CX-Serviceportfolio auf internen und externen Veranstaltungen.

Dein Profil:

  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Rolle eines Cisco Software Consultants w/m/d.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Cisco-Softwareportfolios, der darin enthaltenen Use Cases, des Smart Accounts und der Cisco-Lizenzierungsoptionen.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft.
  • Ausgeprägtes Networking und Kontakte zu den Cisco Business Units und dem Computacenter Sales und Consultancy Team.
  • Sehr gute Rhetorik und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Wünschenswerte Zertifizierungen: Cisco Software Black Belt und CX Black Belt, Cisco Customer Success Manager, Cisco-Technologiezertifizierungen.
