b Overview /b p In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a Technical Services team to meet customer commitments, SLAs and quality standards. You’ll coordinate resources, support engineers, and act as a primary escalation point for operational issues. You will also participate in configuration, deployment and testing as needed to keep delivery on track. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficient service delivery.
