As our Group FP&A Manager, you’ll lead the Group-level financial planning and analysis function, partnering closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making.

  • Lead Financial Planning & Forecasting
    • Ensure financial models, assumptions, and scenarios are robust and consistent
    • Provide sensitivity and scenario analysis to support executive-level decisions
  • Deliver Insightful Performance Analysis
    • Conduct variance analysis and highlight key drivers of performance
  • Drive High-Quality Reporting
    • Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for senior stakeholders and the Board
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on financial decisions and strategic initiatives
    • Support ad hoc finance projects that influence Group-wide outcomes
    • Drive improvements in planning tools and reporting systems

Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis

Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel capability

Strong communication skills, able to convey complex data to financial and non-financial audiences

Confidence in building relationships across senior and Executive stakeholders

Experience with SAP (desirable)

Project management capability
