A new and exciting opportunity has arisen in Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services. We are looking for a Security Cleared Third Line Analyst to join a small onsite team supporting a well-known aerospace company. This role will be primarily focused on delivering BAU/Project services within a shared service delivery model and the successful candidate must be willing to go through DV clearance.
What you'll do
The ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in Managed Services, providing specialised support across Windows Server platforms. They should possess excellent troubleshooting skills and demonstrate the ability to make key technical decisions on their own accord. Excellent communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone, whilst having the ability to assess and prioritise tasks without close supervision is essential. A willingness to learn new technologies and adopt/develop new processes is key.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Designing, developing and deploying of technologies on Windows Platforms
- Offering solutions and workarounds to incidents/problems
- Working to SLAs and deadlines
- Review of services and application delivery
- Prioritising and managing several tasks at a single time
- Establishing a good working relationship with wider teams and customers alike
- Keep up to date with advancements in technology
- Identify Continual Improvement opportunities

- Active Directory experience: Group Policy, Forests, Domains, Domain Controller Roles, DNS, Permission Models, Delegation, Trust relationships, LDAP and Kerberos
- DHCP
- Internet Information Services
- Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022) including server core
- Windows 10
- PKI, N-cypher and Certificate Management
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for Windows patching and Application Deployments
- Windows Server Update Services
- Trellix ePO, ENS, Firewall, Application Control, DLP
- Scripting (PowerShell, VB, etc.)
- Print Services
- RSA
