What you'll do:
- Play a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering innovative solutions for our customers.
- Lead customer engagements by analysing requirements, gathering insights, and recommending effective, scalable solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert during presales activities, supporting opportunity qualification and solution design.
- Design and deliver complex Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) solutions, including migrations of sites, content, workflows, and forms.
- Present confidently to customers, validating requirements and supporting knowledge transfer.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants within project teams.
- Collaborate on larger programmes to ensure smooth handover to support teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across Computacenter.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends, and Microsoft strategies.
What you'll need:
- Deep technical expertise and strong leadership capability.
- Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and on-premises Active Directory, including Entra ID, Single Sign-On, and Identity Governance & Access Management.
- Strong SharePoint expertise (Online and On-Premises), including complex migration projects.
- Experience designing and delivering complex, multi-technology solutions.
- A graduate-level background or equivalent experience within a large organisation or the IT industry.
- Relevant technical certifications or accreditations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior internal and external audiences.
- The ability to lead and coordinate large, virtual technical teams, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A clear understanding of how technology solutions drive real business value.
