Join our End User Experience team and help make technology truly work for people. You will use End User Analytics (EUA) tools and real-time data to prevent issues before they occur, drive automation, and enhance how customers experience IT every day. Your insights will boost productivity, reduce incidents, and create lasting value for our customers.
What you'll do:
- Identify and deliver automation and remote action opportunities
- Collaborate with our EUA Centre of Excellence to test and implement improvements
- Use analytics to reduce incident volumes, speed up resolution, and improve user satisfaction
- Drive proactive investigations, self-healing, and self-help solutions
- Partner with teams to embed dashboards, insights, and data-driven decisions
- Support Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement through EUA data
- Champion a fix-forward culture focused on user experience and productivity
- Identify innovation, cost-saving, and value-add opportunities across accounts
