We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content and Communications Creator to join our Legal and Compliance team. This role is pivotal in creating and delivering engaging, multi-channel communications and managing content across internal platforms. Reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance Operations, core responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites
- Producing high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences
- Executing group-wide communications campaigns
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in PowerPoint and SharePoint Online, possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
What you'll do:
- SharePoint site/page creation and management (30%): Creation of new internal SharePoint sites as the department changes and expands to ensure information is presented to the business in a clear and consistent way. Manage current SharePoint pages to ensure changes are in line with set standards. Work with the web team to manage legal and compliance content on our external website. Produce high quality, engaging copy that will resonate with the target audiences. Optimize content in line with plans. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content.
- Communications (50%): Regular creation of engaging, innovative PPT communications. Creation of communications at various levels. Creation and execution of annual group-wide communications campaigns. Organise intranet articles and banners, taking a multi-channel approach to all communications. Create, adhere to and track annual communications plan, ensuring it supports specific objectives and outcomes. Assist Legal and Compliance management team in the creation of presentations/content to the business.
- Administration & Communication (20%): Facilitate the translation of communications to core languages and notification of relevant communications to Works Councils. Tracking and archiving of all released communications. Some event organising (Department meeting annually working with EA to Legal and Compliance Director).
What you'll need:
- SharePoint Power User - Must be highly experienced and skilled in SharePoint online.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Confident appearance, structured action.

- English language, written and spoken.
- Degree educated in a relevant field.
