Requirements:
- Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
- Developer Experience (DevEx) and DevOps transformation
- Kubernetes experience, including AKS, EKS or OpenShift
- CI/CD tooling such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Harness
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or equivalent
- Experience with Backstage or similar developer portal technologies
- Experience with observability, monitoring and developer feedback platforms
- Experience with secrets management and identity solutions such as HashiCorp Vault
- Experience with progressive delivery, release orchestration and modern deployment practices
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead technical teams
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable engineering solutions
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer engagements focused on Developer Experience, Platform Engineering and enterprise software delivery transformation
- Design and architect Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native engineering platforms at scale
- Facilitate workshops with engineering leaders, product teams and platform stakeholders to define target architectures, operating models and delivery roadmaps
- Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, implementable platform and DevEx solutions
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership across pre-sales and delivery engagements, from discovery through to implementation assurance
- Support sales teams with opportunity shaping, bid responses, solution design and commercial proposal development
- Define reusable patterns, reference architectures and engineering standards across our Cloud & Apps Practice
- Research and experiment with emerging tools, technologies and practices to evolve our Platform Engineering and DevEx offerings
- Lead and mentor consultants and architects, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple customer engagements
- Ensure solution quality through design assurance, technical governance and risk identification across multi-technology environments
