We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to play a key role in shaping and evolving innovative ServiceNow solutions within Portfolio Innovation & Management. Our work directly enhances Computacenter Services, enabling efficient implementation and ensuring our customers benefit from the latest capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. You’ll collaborate with a specialist team of experts to design, build, and enhance our suite of ServiceNow solutions—ranging from store applications to fully custom solutions. These applications span integrations, portals, and enterprise-grade workflows, leveraging the full power of the NOW platform. You’ll be instrumental in driving technical excellence, scalability, and innovation while ensuring best practices and architectural integrity. What you’ll do
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to deliver cutting-edge applications—including store apps, integrations, portals, and enterprise-grade workflows—leveraging the full power of the NOW platform.
- Architect and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Apply deep ServiceNow platform expertise across multiple applications to drive innovation.
- Translate complex technical challenges into scalable, maintainable solutions while ensuring best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve complex issues, and prevent escalations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow developments to inform future strategies.
- Produce high quality technical documentation.
- Lead customer meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure successful adoption and alignment with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes, tooling, and workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for innovation within ServiceNow and the broader Computacenter ecosystem.
What you’ll need
- Over 5 years of experience developing and designing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, including functionality, database structure, developer APIs, and development tools.
- An open and friendly personality with strong customer-facing skills in both a virtual and face-to-face setting (including the ability to deliver presentations/feedback).
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle in Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Self-managing and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Skilled in managing customer expectations, and translating technical challenges to stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute to technical solution designs and provide input into bid, project, and technical documents.
- Effective active listening skills and the ability to understand the priorities and concerns of others.
- Able to learn, understand and use new technologies quickly and effectively.
- UI/UX skills to support our solutions within Portals and Mobile.
- A strong desire to help others by sharing knowledge, peer reviewing, and contributing to our portfolio of solutions.
