As a Consultant within our Workplace Practice, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and End User Compute (EUC) solutions across Microsoft, Apple, and Android ecosystems.
- Deliver complex endpoint management solutions (design, implementation, enrolment, policy configuration, application deployment)
- Support customer engagements at a senior level, identifying risks and ensuring robust, secure solutions
- Work with industry-leading platforms like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Collaborate with application owners to streamline deployment processes and maintain version control
- Engage in individual consultancy projects, using Agile and Prince2 methodologies to deliver quality outcomes
- Stay ahead of the curve—maintain technical certifications and stay informed of evolving market trends, tools, and security standards
- Build trusted relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders
What you'll need
- Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One)
- Deep understanding of Windows 11, macOS, and mobile device configurations
- Proficiency in client management tools like MECM and image creation (Autopilot, task sequences)
- Endpoint security experience, especially Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customisation
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Security Clearable
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with Intune Suite and Workspace One design
- Familiarity with other MDM tools like SOTI, Samsung Knox, or Good
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
