Computacenter is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of onsite and field IT services across a defined region. You’ll work with Team Leaders, service teams, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure services meet standards and expectations. This is an onsite role supporting Derby area.
You’ll travel regularly across sites, drive performance against SLAs/KPIs, coach leaders, and contribute to a culture of service excellence and customer focus.
