What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
- Automate the DevOps lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines that streamline software delivery and enable developer autonomy
- Develop bespoke internal tools and centralized developer platforms (IDPs) to improve engineering efficiency
- Provision and monitor cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Champion platform adoption, support teams using the platform, and lead improvements based on real user feedback
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies, including AI-enhanced monitoring and automation-first solutions
- Promote a culture of collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement through active engagement with cross-functional teams
- Ensure platform services align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
What you'll need
- Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Background in Agile product ownership and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
