A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced 3rd Line Network and Security Analyst with strong knowledge of network technologies, including routing, switching, and firewalls. You’ll join our Networking team, supporting customers across the UK and globally, delivering technical solutions and driving service excellence.
Must be SC Cleared, or willingness to undertake.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced technical support and fault management for customer environments.
- Deliver technical projects and manage escalations.
- Mentor 2nd Line analysts to enhance team capability.
- Support service integration and design for new customers.
- Implement proactive improvements and tooling integration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to security policies.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in 3rd Line network support.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies (NSX, Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper).
- Experience with load balancers and authentication technologies.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- ITIL process knowledge and experience in a NOC or multi-customer environment.
