Computacenter is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a busy customer environment in Lossiemouth, Moray. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests and ensure users receive a responsive, high-quality support experience.
You will handle 2nd line incidents, maintain SLA targets, and collaborate with Level 3 teams while deploying software and hardware and supporting project work.
