We are now looking for 3 Service Architects to join Jason Martin’s Portfolio and Design team. You will bring a strong service design and solution mindset, able to translate strategy into scalable, customer-centric service solutions.
You will be responsible for the development, enablement, and lifecycle management of defined delivery capabilities (service products) within a specific GPS-aligned Technology Area. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and translates portfolio and strategic intent into executable, standardised, and repeatable service capabilities that are operationally viable, consistently adopted, and demonstrably valuable to customers and Group Professional Services.
What you’ll do
- Support the design of innovative, scalable service solutions and capabilities that address customer needs
- Translate business and customer requirements into structured, commercially viable service designs
- Own the lifecycle of service capability from concept through optimisation and retirement
- Define and codify service components including delivery models and tools
- Support bids, proposals, and customer engagements
What you’ll bring
- Experience as a Service Architect, Service Designer, or similar
- Strong ability to design end-to-end service solutions
- Experience working across pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams
- Understanding of service lifecycle and operational models
- Experience in service products, service design, or capability management
- Exposure to portfolio-managed environments and structured governance models
- Experience working with nearshore and offshore delivery models
- Understanding of commercial performance drivers within professional services
- Commercial awareness of service design and delivery
