What you’ll do:
- Unbox, install, and connect desktop hardware and peripherals at customer sites.
- Perform basic power-on self-tests and initiate automated builds or scripted configurations (as defined by TRG).
- Connect network cables from desktop clients to network points.
- Support desktop moves, peripheral maintenance, and helpdesk call logging.
- Maintain accurate records using systems such as ServiceNow.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
