What you'll do:
- For the duration of your programme, you will be studying towards an Information Communications Technician Support - Level 3.
- You will spend 80% of your time in work and 20% studying toward your qualification.
- As a digital support technician apprentice, you will work alongside engineers in the Hatfield workshops to support customers' IT equipment and services.
- Diagnose, test, repair, and clean a range of laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, and handheld devices.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Use internal IT systems for stock control, ordering parts, and updating customer tickets.
- Opportunity to work in different areas of the LTS.
