Computacenter is looking for an Onsite Desktop Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support across a busy customer environment in Northallerton. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests and ensure users receive a responsive, high-quality experience.
You’ll work onsite full time, handle second-line incidents to SLA, install and configure software and hardware, and coordinate with Level 3 teams.
